General Summary

This role sits within our CEEMCA People&Culture (Talent Acquisition) function. Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform full cycle recruitment and manage hiring managers at various levels of seniority within a complex global organization.

We also need the successful applicant to possess the ability to drive change and own processes across the function, make data driven actions to propose solutions to internal customers.

Responsibilities
• Working with other TA members, the business, our staffing team, and Delivery to understand, qualify and prioritize demand
• Deliver and manage the recruitment process in allocated LOBs/Business groups
• Create and drive relationships with hiring managers and People&Culture colleagues
• Demonstrate ability as a recruitment subject matter expert to design & develop meaningful recruiting strategies, which support the development of diverse, qualified candidate pools, including the use of technology and alternative sourcing techniques.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the recruiting process
• Ensure there is a focus on direct sourcing capability and delivery

Requirements
• Good knowledge of candidate search techniques including the use of HR/recruitment data base systems and social media such as LinkedIn
• In-house/agency (blend would be preffered) recruitment experience working in a fast-paced, corporate environment
• Experience with all administrative tasks within ATS including data entry, candidate tracking, etc.
• Experience from within a high-volume recruitment function with the ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must,
• Ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities with a committed dedication to providing a high level of customer service
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with business managers and Human Resources Business Partners
