Job Description
Overview

The core responsibility for this position is to implement commercial planning strategy for TV channels in Discovery portfolio. The person will be responsible for booking media-plans in the system and provide daily running orders to scheduler's teams.

Responsibilities
• Receive media-plans from clients/agencies
• Add the campaigns in our planning system (BNG)
• Provide support to Clients/Agencies and offer planning solutions
• Maintain a close communication with Ad Sales
• Process and release to transmission the daily running orders
• Load break pattern, predicted ratings and live ratings for each channel in BNG; update the system in case of break pattern changes
• Calculate monthly revenue for each client and send consumption to Finance, for invoicing
• Offer support to Finance in relation with media agencies
• Keeps IM files up to date (Campaign list, Optimization file, Monitoring file)

Requirements:

• Interests in TV market
• Good team player
• TV sales experience would be a benefit

• Of Warner Bros.Discovery and brand – understand the bigger picture and the story
• Of programs – understands programming and the rage of inventory that can be sold

• Understands the challenges facing internal sales partners, e.g. planners
