What You’ll Do
The DGA is currently accepting applications for an Assistant in the Residuals Enforcement Department to support the DGA's mission through a variety of administrative functions.
This position is on-site only.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Organize data using MS Word and Excel
• Apply contract language to calculate payments due for the use and reuse of theatrical, television, and new media titles
• Clear and concise email and phone communication
• Track various department calendars
• Ability to analyze information and frame issues
• Phone and data entry duties
• Assist the Department Administrator and Assistant Administrator with any ad hoc projects and needs
• Take detailed notes in meetings
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Intermediate MS Office Skills, including Word and Excel
• Ability to deal with competing priorities
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Ability to successfully work independently, as well as part of a team
• Solid math and computation skills
• Excellent phone manner
• Strong research skills
• Adaptable and receptive to training
• Previous assistant or customer service experience
