Position Summary

As Vice President of Business Transformation for our Localization, Platform & Fulfillment group you will work closely with executive leadership to identify, rationalize and execute transformation initiatives across the organization to grow the business, improve efficiency, reduce cost and improve financial and operational accuracy. This role will require you to work closely with stakeholders around the world across multiple functions including Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Client Services, Platform Operations and PMO. Using the core principles of Deluxe's vision and strategy you will guide teams to focus and prioritize the highest impact initiatives to drive meaningful change. Strong knowledge of the Media & Entertainment industry with a focus on Post-Production, Localization and Media Processing along with robust process analysis, business strategy and critical thinking skills are critical for this role.

Main Duties
• Responsible for identifying, rationalizing and executing business transformation initiatives across the company.
• Direct business and process analysts as needed to establish accurate baselines and establish KPIs for transformation initiatives. Must also be able to perform data analysis independently as needed to support internal teams and initiatives.
• Define transformation initiatives and work with PMO and other groups to turn into actionable projects. Drive the success of these projects as a primary stakeholder.
• Rationalize priority initiatives through associated ROI that can be either growth enablement or cost reduction.
• Use data driven approach to implement improvements across the company aimed at process stabilization, scalability, repeatability, control, efficiencies of labor, implementation and adoption of software releases and time and cost reduction in rework.
• Participate in regular financial and operational reviews to ensure alignment with key business objectives.
• Support internal activities associated with successful launch of new products and services. Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
• Drive and lead changes utilizing project management methodology and techniques.

What You Bring
• Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree and, preferably, a post-graduate degree.
• 5+ years progressive work experience with a strong work record.
• Knowledge of Media & Entertainment financial and operational processes and workflows with specific experience in Postproduction, Localization and / or Media Servicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to present in front of large groups and senior executives.
• Experience working for well-established company known for superior processes and superior outcomes.
• Must be hands-on, proactive, and enjoy working closely with others to resolve issues and identify solutions.
• Demonstrates a results-oriented approach and strong process logic. Inspires change, embraces diversity, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic team-focused environment.
• Accustomed to working with all type of technical documents, process specifications, quality ATP's, control charts, etc.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, MRP, FMEA, Fishbone, 5Whys problem solving, and value stream mapping or equivalent is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAAS and computer platform automation preferred.
