Full-Time, Permanent Position

Location: London (Hybrid)

Position Overview

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working within our Cinema business line, this role is responsible for the end-to-end billing process, along with the implementation of new processes to improve the billing efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with multiple departments, such as customer service, credit control, IT… to ensure smooth billing processes and resolve any billing-related issues or concerns.
• Coordinate any billing activities currently being done by offshore team in Bangalore as well as taking overall accountability for these activities.
• Management of unbilled including identification & recommendations for areas of improvement.
• Project management to implement new processes.
• Query management.
• Month end billing recs / balance sheet recs.
• Ad-hoc billing/sales reports as requested by business stakeholders.
• Provide general assistance as required to the Cinema Finance Manager.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual, who is enthusiastic and confident in dealing with a wide range of people, as well as:
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Query management / problem solving abilities
• Demonstrable computer literacy is essential, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently .
