Korean SDH Creator/SDH QA Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:
• Create Korean SDH and/ or c onduct Korean SDH reviews for client content
• Ensure client guidelines are followed
• Follow appropriate escalation
of any issues to be resolved
• Seek to understand and correct any transcription uncertainty

What you bring :

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-set :
• Extensive experience in creating and/or reviewing Korean SDH
• Outstanding Korean language skills, both written and oral
• Must be organized, diligent, and detail- oriented
• Can apply good judgement and research when faced with ambiguous situations
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines
• Can quickly adapt to workflow changes and guideline updates
• Strong collaboration skills to ensure success across the team
• Ability to work independently
• University degree or equivalent professional experience in creating and/or reviewing Korean SDH
