Location: Perivale, London

Position Summary

Reporting to Head of Shared Services IT and working alongside other IT engineering colleagues in the UK, and across Deluxe facilities globally, this role will provide 1st & 2nd line support for our corporate and administration services, include Active Directory, Office 365 and managing our desktop, laptop, mobile and server estate.

Must have a structured and methodical approach, good attention to detail, be able to work well with non-technical users and as part of a distributed team, as well as the ability to work on own initiative

A good understanding of deadlines and accountability and be able to demonstrate forward planning and proactive analysis skills. Must be able to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment.

A customer orientated approach with good communication and organisational skills is essential.

Role and Responsibilities
• Ensuring all 1st & 2nd Line calls / Service Desk tickets are resolved in a timely manner
• Timely escalation of tickets/calls to senior members of the team that you cannot resolve
• Administration and management of the Corp VDI environment
• Responsibility for all Corp Laptops, Desktops, Mobile devices whilst ensuring security compliance
• Customer service skills ensuring a professional attitude and manner is applied to all levels of staff
• Maintain the organisations strict approach to data security

Key Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting 500+ user environment
• Ability to support Microsoft applications inc Windows 10 & 11 OS
• Active Directory administration
• Office 365 administration
• Experience of PC/Laptop builds & deployment
• VMWare Horizon & VDI experience
• TCIP/IP troubleshooting skills (DNS, DHCP etc)
• Mobile telephony setup/configuration
• Fortinet / FortiClient VPN (Preferred)
