Location: Madrid/Barcelona, Spain

Position Summary

To manage and realize or to realize the dubbing activities of Deluxe (production, technical, operations, purchases, general services) and to ensure a good working relationship with the staff, the clients and partners of Deluxe and the freelancers (Actors, Artistic Directors, Technicians, Adaptators etc) as well as professional union and congress.

This management requires regular travel between Madrid and Barcelona (3 facilities)

Role and Responsibilities
• Manage the dubbing activity of the company on the basis of an annual budget and a report produced by the Finance function.
• Participation in reporting meetings with other offices (UK and US)
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budgeting process, providing various flash reports and forecasting throughout the year. Manage commercial activities of the business and as most senior client contact.
• Be responsible for the growth and development of existing clients and new business.
• Make quotes for internal (Deluxe) and external customers.
• Manage teams on a daily basis -production, technical administration, client services together with the consulting arrangements with specialist service providers. Oversee, mentor, support and train Director of Dubbing in Madrid.
• Collaborate and work closely with the Director of Client Services in managing account representative team.
• Represent Deluxe with the administration and social organizations (all statutory obligations)
• Guarantees the quality of services provided by Deluxe.
• As such, they can be involved in the different phases of High Profile projects (assignment of the project to a particular production manager, choice of Artistic Director and actors, Verification of the production before delivery)
• Recruit, and manage permanent staff.
• Ensures compliance with the laws, regulations, standards and safety rules to be applicable to Dubbing at Deluxe.
• Represent Deluxe with professional instances both social and sales (Professional Union, Congress, Festival)
• Participate in studies and / or projects of general interest for Deluxe Media Spain (i.e: construction of studios/expansion)
• Manage the computerization projects necessary for the Dubbing activity (i.e : ERP, SFERA development, internal software)
