About the Content Mastering team:

The Content Mastering team Team is responsible for all ''On Prem'', foreign language, Component and compliance edit services.

About the Opportunity – QC Operator

The Content Mastering QC Operator role requires high levels of attention to detail, You will be cross checking edits against edit documents and fulfilling Quality Control requirements across multiple workflows with bespoke SLA's.
Overview of responsibilities:
• To QC file sources to as per specifications
• To ensure content meets the required standards of the given workflow
• To perform edit cross checks, as per supplied documentation
• To comply with technical specifications to maintain consistency within the department
• To efficiently fulfil all requests from the bookings team and management, as promptly as possible
• To liaise with bookings, colleagues and management with regards to maintaining deadlines
• Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.

The person:
• Some experience in Broadcast and Platform Content QC is desirable, but full training will be given
• Some experience, or knowledge of QC and edit processes is desirable
• Some knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Avid Protools would be a plus
• Some understanding of video frames rates and standards, multi-channel audio, standards conversion, audio loudness requirements
• To be comfortable working under pressure.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
