Location: London, UK (hybrid working)

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team to help us support the global alignment of our content distribution workflow processes and systems.

This role requires client facing engagement, liaison with our UK, US, France, Spain, Australia, and Bangalore internal teams and our third-party partners. From the discovery phase, using business requirements elicitation to understand both internal and external processes and systems, you will work with our global teams to identify
opportunities to automate and align global business workflows in line with long-term business strategies.

Role and Responsibilities
• Working with internal global users and teams to assess, analyse and capture current and future state workflow processes and systems
• Assessing inefficiencies, identifying improvement opportunities, and areas requiring automation, integration and alignment, ensuring any changes meet the long-term business strategies
• Leading or supporting working sessions with clients to elicit and document new business requirements and future state options
• Identifying and defining project scope and business use cases
• Assessing and documenting the business impact of any change or new process requirement; articulating key dependencies, constraints for proposed solutions, and communicating risks and issues
• Defining, prioritizing, and clarifying requirement user stories and acceptance criteria
• Conducting sessions to ensure requirements are understood, complete and agreed with the stakeholder groups
• Presenting analysis results, solutions options, and overall
objectives to clients, internal teams and stakeholders; providing walk-throughs of workflows, systems, process changes and seeking stakeholder buy-in
• Documenting test scenarios, and facilitating user acceptance and end to end testing
• Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to implement and support new business solutions
• Investigating workflow, system, process issues and reviewing options for improvement
• Using BI tools and data, including Excel spreadsheets, to review workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Providing feedback and suggestions for improved customer satisfaction, process improvements and system enhancements

Key Requirements
• Experience in supporting media distribution service delivery workflows across VOD, OTT, broadcast, or localisation and proven experience of developing and deploying systems, and workflow improvements
• Experience in driving efficiencies around automation in support of media distribution ideally related to one or more of the following areas - digital audio, digital video, asset management workflows, systems and processes, multimedia formats and/or localization
• Experience of gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements
• Experience defining deliverables and project scope
• Experience defining and creating user stories and acceptance criteria
