Position Title

Billing Coordinator

Position Summary

We currently have an opening for a Billing Coordinator. This position will be located in Burbank, California.

Main Duties
• Maintain a schedule to perform billing procedures in a timely manner.
• Prepare client invoices.
• Manually update Media Pulse rates and titles.
• Research discrepancies and recommend resolutions.
• Assist in reporting and auditing.
• Communicate with client to discuss billing issues.

What You Bring
• AA degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• 3+ years' experience and knowledge in digital/file-based management billing.
• Knowledge of Media Pulse billing system and SAP.
• Previous or related experience in the Entertainment industry.
• Basic computer skills (PC), and knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, are required. Intermediate/Advance skills preferred.
• Must be able to work is a small fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a larger team.
