Audio ICO Supervisor

Position Overview

Deluxe Media Audio is seeking an Audio ICO Supervisor to undertake a variety of duties based in our intercompany Audio department. Flexible hours required to meet department evening shift requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
• Supervision of the ICO audio department
• General file management duties
• Assist the Head of Audio, Audio Operations Manager and the wider Audio ICO team on a daily basis and be aware of all materials needing to be delivered from the facility via various digital platforms
• Make sure that all audio materials are made available in a timely manner for the allocated work schedule
• Deliver audio assets to clients through various delivery platforms (Aspera etc.) & ensure that all deliverables are delivered on time
• Assist with backup and maintenance of audio material and drives
• Archive appropriate audio materials
• Liaise with clients
• Maintain and update internal & client excel sheets/trackers
• Transcoding & converting video
• Assist with billing & admin duties
• Liaise & coordinate intercompany work orders with Deluxe teams worldwide – this will require flexibility on hours to meet demand
• Scheduling of work orders to meet deadlines & capacity

Preferable experience and skills include:
• A good understanding of Film Sound Technology – i.e. the post production process, various file formats, and the post production workflow
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Able to work under pressure and meet very tight client deadlines
• Capable of working in a team and being a very strong team player
• Available to work long hours and weekends to meet clients deadlines as requested. These hours could be at very short notice
• Willing to learn new technology and take on new responsibilities as and when needed
• Adaptable and dynamic approach to a fast paced environment
• Full UK driving license
