Deadline is adding an Account Manager to our staff in our Los Angeles offices. We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude, who prides themselves on being a team-player and is always willing to learn. The ideal candidate will have an immense attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and works well under pressure to meet multiple deadlines. Strong MS Office skills, data entry skills and Salesforce, PIO experience are a must.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Ad Operations and Digital Support teams on digital campaigns, as well as Editorial on print/newsletter campaigns
• Main Client POC after Sales Rep hand off
• Manage all client email back and forth post-sale
• Reach out to clients to remind about upcoming creative deadlines
• Answer basic specs and campaign questions, loop in AdOps on any complicated technical questions
• Collect all clients' creative assets and provide to AdOps in time for trafficking deadline
• Book/Revise orders in PIO and submit for AdOps approval
• Take screenshots and compile decks
• Complete agency RFP requests/spec sheets
• Other coordinating/planning duties as requested

Desired Skills/Background
• 2+ years of digital sales planning experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple internal departments, all levels of the business, and external clients/agencies
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at a time within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Salesforce and Airtable a plus
• Adaptable to change

Typical wage range: $70k - $80k
Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
