We're looking for an Integrated Marketing Social Manager role to build out editorial brand campaigns on our social channels that feel authentic and impactful for the audience. This role will develop social strategy for key brand partners, woven into experiential and live opportunities as well as bespoke activations on owned social channels.

The right fit should have a social background, integrated marketing or brand partnership experience, and excellent editorial judgment to balance the needs of our business with how to reach the right audience with the right branded content.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the connective tissue with Integrated marketing to build new social sponsorship and integration opportunities that feel authentic to our channels and Netflix voice.
• Develop bespoke social media packages for potential and locked brand partners, inclusive of production budgets, editorial calendar, distribution strategy, and CTA / product positioning, with consideration for branded content guidelines and restrictions on owned/earned social, target audience, and overall campaign goals.
• Serve as a cross-functional thought partner for Integrated Marketing, Ad Sales, and Marketing Partnerships teams - providing sound creative recommendations to ensure we're delivering social creative for brands and partners that are in line with the editorial quality of our channels.
• Coordinate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to share social insights and data reporting by campaign for future learnings and improvement areas.
• Work with the Integrated Marketing team to understand the full spectrum of their priorities and initiatives, and cascade that information back to global/regional social teams for better upstream alignment.

Background and Specific Skills:
• Knowledge of what works across various social platforms and experience in multi-channel distribution efforts.
• Integrated marketing and brand partnership experience, specifically related to digital and social-forward branded content campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge of paid/branded content placement on social including platform tools (Meta handshake), guidelines for FTC disclosures, and monetization rules and restrictions.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and highly collaborative - loves working with others, isn't afraid to lead or follow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on broad, multiple-platform brand campaigns and delivering nuanced, insight-based social strategies.
• Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines.
• Able to build strong relationships and work across many internal cross-functional teams.
• High tolerance for change, and the capacity to accomplish enormous amounts of work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Respect, understanding, and enthusiasm for Netflix culture.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $170,000 - $360,000.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
