TALENT MANAGER WANTED (COMMISSION-BASED)

Growing management and production company seeks an ambitious, motivated Talent Manager to join our team on a commission-only basis. Ideal for someone with strong industry awareness, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing actors, writers, and creators.

Responsibilities include:

• Scouting and onboarding new talent

• Managing client submissions, auditions, and self-tapes

• Building relationships with casting, producers, and agents

• Helping clients strategize career moves, branding, and materials

• Supporting clients through bookings, negotiations, and opportunities


You Are:

• Connected or eager to grow connections in film/TV

• Great with communication and follow-through

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Passionate about helping creatives build careers

• Thick-skinned, organized, and deadline-driven


This is a commission-based role with high growth potential for the right person. Experience in talent management, casting, or production is a plus.
