Job Description

Boutique talent agency is seeking to fill an Agency Assistant covering commercial and theatrical. This position would work primarily remote (from home) with monthly work days/meetings at our offices in Burbank.

Agency Assistant experience is highly preferred. The candidate should have strong computer skills (and be very familiar with the primary industry websites/systems (Casting Networks, Casting Frontier and Breakdown Express, submitting clients on breakdowns, putting out audition appointments, offers, handling check authorizations, documenting bookings, etc.), have an outstanding, positive attitude in dealing with phones, casting and clients, and be an incredibly fast learner/self-starter with attention to detail.

Work hours are 10:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday. Our team is known for being one of the most upbeat and positive in the industry and we pride ourselves in creating a supportive and fun work environment (more information about the agency below).
