Position: HR Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA – Hybrid
*Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 USD hourly

The HR Coordinator is a key member of the HR Operations team which supports all aspects of the employee lifecycle at Company 3. The HR Operations team partners with the HR Business Partner team to assist in the onboarding, offboarding and all employment changes that occur across our US and Canada business units. Also, as the first point of contact for employees' day-to-day inquiries, this role is accountable for delivering exceptional client service. The HR Coordinator is also responsible for making suggestions and process improvements to enhance employee experience and company culture.

MAIN DUTIES:
The HR Coordinator responds to employee inquiries submitted to a central ticketing system with courtesy and professionalism and performs administrative functions such as preparing employment verification letters, managing new hire documentation, preparing and send key documents for signature, and coordinating offboarding activities. They will liaise with Payroll or vendors on behalf of employees to investigate discrepancies in pay, time off, and other employment related questions, and facilitate and deliver new hire orientation and onboarding program, including managing the new hire background check and employment verification process. Additional duties include:
• Maintain updates to electronic employee data to ensure accuracy and timeliness of employment changes.
• Coordinates with payroll and HR to process employee leaves of absence.
• Works with HR to ensure final pay issuance for terminations are delivered accurately, completely, and timely.
• Proactively seek opportunities to provide amazing service to our clients.
• Participate in meetings with HR Operations team and other groups to solve process challenges, participate in projects and share updates.
• Communicate with stakeholders to deliver updates on ongoing activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and have high attention to detail and will have the ability to adapt and multitask as priorities change. They will bring prior HR or administrative experience and has an awareness and familiarity with employment practices and standards. Additional desired skills include:
• Proficient in MS applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Maintains high degree of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Previous data entry experience, preferably in an HR capacity is a plus.
• Experience supporting a high-volume business such as in a call center, help desk or other corporate support team is a plus.
