CBS COLORADO is searching for an experienced Sales Manager with exceptional business development and marketing skills. We encourage prospective team members who can push the CBS News and Stations/Paramount vision forward, and drive revenue growth. Our ideal candidate is a big problem solver and a closer with the skills to drive the end-to-end sales process.
• Primary focus on driving business development and revenue generating efforts.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships- business owners and key agency contacts
• Sponsorship sales experience (including NTR and sports sponsorship)
• Strong presentation skills and exceptional PowerPoint skills
• Proven record of sales growth
• Project management skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Talent for motivating team to drive new business sales
• Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
• Ability to drive client results through creative marketing solutions

• Experience in managing sales or marketing teams

• Broadcast media experience
• Sports Fan and Sports marketing/sponsorship experience

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $140,000.00 - 150,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
