CBS-LA is seeking a bright, energetic and motivated self-starter to be a Sales Assistant supporting our Los Angeles location. This is an exciting opportunity to:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Daily phone & email contact, servicing agencies & clients alongside Account Executives.
• Assist AE's with accurate sales order entry as well as daily & weekly account maintenance (makegoods, post-delivery, and billing discrepancies, etc.).
• Daily contact with local and outer-market traffic departments, working directly with advertising agency buyers on processing of makegoods.
• Ability to multi-task across various capacities and departments within the organization.
• Work alongside the Director of Sales Marketing to support the integrated sales presentation workflow process:
• Participate in constructive, solutions-oriented brainstorming sessions.
• Customize presentations as needed – help to create sales deck ''look & feel'', logo placement, copy revisions, etc.
• Work in conjunction with linear and digital sales to ensure all verbiage is cross-platform.
• Opportunity to join sales and sales marketing team on agency/client presentations; assist with navigation of sales presentation.
• Work with sales, sales support, traffic, and promotions departments to help bring approved client -solution opportunities to life .
Qualifications
• College degree preferred
• Proficient in PowerPoint (or other sales presentation software)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
• Experience with Wide Orbit Traffic system a plus
