DESCRIPTION:

Your Day-to-Day:
• Production Operations
• Quality control for motion graphics and static display deliveries
• Route promos for review
• Deliver promos and archive work reels
• Maintain Off-Air and On-Air archives
• Assemble screeners and provide shareable links
• Send requests for closed captioning to outside venders
• Provide promo scheduling with final promos for reference
• Provide promo delivery updates
• Technical
• Manage file and media sharing
• Convert files in media encoder to fit requested specs
• Transcribe footage
• Submit music cues
• Administrative
• Meeting coordination
• Respond to email requests
• General office duties
• Work on ad-hoc projects as needed
• Office supply ordering
• Going on runs and assisting on shoots

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring to the team:

You have -
• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent, relevant work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment assisting on several projects in various points of production (from development through delivery)
• 2 years of professional experience in Production or Post Production
• Passion for entertainment media
• Ability to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent matters
• Project Management experience and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel
• Familiarity or keen interest in learning project management tools (Jira, Monday.com)
• Passion for ViacomCBS content
