We are currently seeking a full-time energetic, high organized, detailed oriented Digital Sales Coordinator who will have an understanding of Search Engine Marketing, Social Media and other Digital Advertising mediums. You will also provide assistance to our Station's Digital Sales Manager, Sales Management team and General Manager.

Your responsibilities include:
• Provide assistance and support to Managers and Marketing Consultants in preparing correspondence and presentations to clients
• Assist with digital support on local and national business
• Input and manage digital sales orders in OSI
• Assist with digital campaigns monthly recaps
• Pull digital inventory and billing reports
• Create display advertising for campaigns
• Act as liaison between Corporate vendors and station sales team
• Submit digital cloud tickets for Digital Sales Manager, Sales Management and Account Executives to ensure ticket workflow completion
• Knowledge and utilization of Google Analytics
• Other responsibilities as assigned by station management

Qualifications:
• Strong organizational, written and presentation skills and strong analytical ability
• Knowledge of digital marketing terms and trends and desire to learn
• Work experience in digital marketing preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance a must
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
