The Role
The Technical Recruiter will lead all technical recruiting efforts across the US, and will support and advise International colleagues on any technical searches. As a Recruiter you will support the business through identifying candidates and candidate pools, building networks and proactively promoting our brand in the marketplace. Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring CAA's most valued asset – its people!

Job Description

Responsibilities
• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process with a focus on technical roles. This includes proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing, creating and extending offers, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the selection process
• Design, implement and execute robust, innovative, recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent with diverse backgrounds and skill sets
• Develop a deep understanding of the hiring needs of the business and create meaningful partnerships with hiring managers
• Assume the role of a Talent Partner by influencing key stakeholders in the recruiting process to ensure deliverables are in alignment with organizational diversity and Inclusion goals
• Provide a consistent positive candidate experience
• Attend industry recruiting events to connect with talent and promote our brand
• Collaborate with various members of the global HR team on key initiatives and departmental projects
• Collaborate with the Early Career Recruitment team on all entry-level recruitment efforts
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a recruiting assistant

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Technical recruiting experience
• Proven ability to grow tech teams by sourcing and closing candidates
• Six (6) or more years of work experience in full-life cycle recruiting
• ATS experience required; Workday experience preferred
• A service-oriented mindset
• Team player with a high sense of urgency and the capacity to meet aggressive deadlines efficiently
• Ability to comprehend our complex business to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Ability to build strong business partnerships and influence hiring managers
• Ability to interact across all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage immediate priorities while anticipating future needs
