OVERVIEW

Primary responsibilities include planning, engineering, support, and maintenance for Creative Artists Agency's Global Network Services. The position is a senior role in the Technology Service Delivery group based in the London office. The optimal candidate will have hands-on technical experience and a passion for utilising the latest technologies to build world-class technology systems. This candidate will have significant hands-on network experience as well as solid general IT knowledge; having supported medium to large corporations of at least a 2000+ global employee base. Through this experience, the candidate will show wide knowledge across a range of operational technologies. The candidate will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Network and Communications technologies through past successes in the architecture, implementation, and support of these technologies.

Responsibilities:
• Provide continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and maintenance guidance for Network Services.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the following services:
• Monitoring with automated response
• Automated deployment and configuration state management
• Assist in the secure implementation and ongoing configuration of Network Services.
• Support ongoing acquisition, expansion and move projects.
• Identifying problems in the environment and driving them to resolution.
• Contributes to Business Continuity, High Availability and Disaster Recovery designs for Network Services.
• Documenting incidents, problems, and requests in the company ticketing system.
• Respond to outage alerts for multiple service areas based on our follow the sun support model.
• Identify and stay current on industry vulnerabilities and implement updates to protect the environment.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure swift response to any global network issues.
• Travel to various locations if required for network implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Required Capabilities:

Strong skill set in managing, engineering, maintaining and monitoring a multi-site / multi-national network with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the following technologies and skills:
• Cisco ASA, VPN, Wireless Networking, FTD and FMC
• Cisco Wireless solutions
• Cisco switch technology including 9400 and 4500 series
• Cisco ISR/ASR routers
• Cisco Integrated Services Engine (ISE)
• Cisco routing and advanced LAN / WAN configurations for high availability
• Azure networking
• Integration with telecom provider MPLS / SIP networks
• Analysis of data/packet captures
• Support of monitoring tools including Live Action, Prime and Logic Monitor
• Design and documentation of environment using Visio and other software

Desired Capabilities:
• Background in Windows systems administration and management
• Python, C, Java and/or Microsoft PowerShell scripting
• Previous experience with Cisco UCS
• Experience with system virtualisation (VMware)
