This position will be based in our Nashville office. The duties below will be applicable to both CAA offices in Nashville and New York.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Ideate, develop, and implement high-impact employee volunteer and engagement programs that align with department priorities at local, regional, and global levels, including but not limited to our annual City Year Service Day, Principal for a Day, and Reading Programs
• Oversee local CAA Task Force chapter events including liaising with Foundation team, non-profit partners, corporate communications, and necessary stakeholders
• Serve as an ambassador for the Foundation and help activate CSR strategy at the regional level
• Help to implement an employee volunteer recognition program to recognize employee volunteerism
• Create communication and input data into Salesforce to track growth of events, engagement, and impact
• Maintain and deepen relationships with non-profit organization partners (i.e., Communities in Schools, Pencil Foundation, Partner Schools)
• Liaise with the HR department on CAA Events and Onboarding Process
• Ideate, develop, and implement high-impact employee engagement programs and events including but not limited to Cheer Week, Halloween, Holiday activities
• Support all Employee Committee gatherings and events
• Participate and help facilitate the Staff Onboarding process for new employees including setting up New Hire Meetings, buildings tours etc.
• Coordinate CAA Welcome meetings in each location
• Managing CAA merch for events and new employees which includes ordering items, liaising with vendors
• Support Events Lead Amy Elmer when needed which could include CAA BBQ, Movie Screenings etc.

Requirements:
• 2-3+ years of experience working with non-profits, media and entertainment, and/or talent relations.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns and initiatives.
• Minimum BA/BS from an accredited University or College required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent customer service, writing, research and communication skills.
• Past experience working with talent required with the ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality when dealing with high profile clients.
• Entertainment and sports pop culture interest and knowledge required.
• Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized.
• Must be adept at problem solving and able to quickly adjust to new priorities and circumstances.
• Flexible schedule to allow for travel for events and meetings.
