Elevate Program Manager (Leadership Development)

The Role

The Elevate Program Manager is responsible for contributing to the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and support of CAA's Agent and Executive Training Program – Elevate. The Program Manager will facilitate trainings and meetings, and provide 1:1 executive coaching to participants.

CAA Elevate is designed to develop driven individuals into the agents and executives of tomorrow. Through mentorship, intellectual exploration, and practical application. CAA Elevate cultivates best practices, encourages innovation, and nurtures the talents of all trainees within the context of an evolving global marketplace.

With an emphasis on entrepreneurialism, inclusion, curiosity, and service, CAA Elevate graduates will gain a deep appreciation for the history and culture of CAA, as well as a greater understanding of the ever-changing global media, sports, and entertainment landscapes.

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, and under the guidance and mentorship of the Elevate Leadership Committee, the Program Manager will ensure the program runs at the highest level.

Primary Responsibilities
• Partner with the Elevate Leadership Committee on the design, development and implementation of all aspects of CAA Elevate.
• Partner with the Elevate Leadership Committee, Agency Board, Department Leads, HRBPs, and trainees to perform needs analysis to determine appropriate program design, content, and delivery methods.
• Create systems to evaluate and measure progress and impact of Elevate to support continuous quality improvement.
• Manage communication and coordination of submissions, program dates, and session details with department heads, liaisons, guest speakers, external participants, and trainees.
• Facilitate and deliver content as part of the Intensive and ongoing curriculum.
• Support, guide, and coach trainees as they navigate the program.
• Manage program calendar.
• Document standard operating procedures and update on an ongoing basis.
• Manage the mentor program, providing trainee mentors with dates, strategy, and support.
• Partner with Creative Services and Corporate Communications to manage the internal communications and intranet page.
• Partner with Corporate Finance to manage Elevate budget and manage the Elevate related expenses.
• Coordinate with Facilities and external vendors to procure all necessary materials and arrange for any external facilitators.
• Serve as Elevate liaison with Tech and Human Resources.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in training, professional development, and/or learning and organizational development
• Experience in one-on-one coaching, especially with employees in the early to mid-level stage of careers
• Gallup certified Strengths coach preferred
• Strong interest and exposure to entertainment, media, and sports
• Experience leading and facilitating meetings and workshops
• Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others, internally and externally, to meet shared objectives
• Willingness and ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Adept with anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Agile learner who seeks to apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals
• Knowledge of multiple delivery methods and enthusiasm for developing and delivering initiatives that considers the unique needs of different audiences
• Ability to building strong relationships and deliver client-centric solutions
