The Department

The Corporate Communications group manages external communications on behalf of CAA, including media relations, speaking engagements, advertising, and marketing materials. In addition, they manage internal communications, such as the Intranet, companywide announcements, and the Full and Evening Staff Meetings. The department includes the Events team, which manages all CAA-hosted events; Digital Marketing, which oversees CAA's social media and web presence; and Creative Services.

The Role

We are seeking an Assistant for our Creative Services department. The ideal candidate will have at one or more year(s) professional experience and a strong desire to learn about the Entertainment and Sports industries from the inside. Some experience and/or education in the creative, production or marketing fields is helpful, but not required. We are looking for a candidate who is organized, proactive and understands client service. In this role, the Assistant will have daily contact with all CAA divisions as they support the Head of Creative Services with a high volume of scheduling, administrative support, project management, phone calls, travel coordination, and special projects.

Requirements:
• College Degree preferred
• 1+ year(s) of professional experience working in a fast-paced environment
