The Role

This role is part of our growing Digital Strategy team within CAA Brand Consulting. The Digital Strategy team works across a variety of brand clients to build strategy across digital, influencer and content campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate an authentic passion for the digital content and digital creator landscape. You'll be working on a team of diverse skills sets, constantly learning and leading new tools and approaches to digital strategy to serve our clients.

The Digital Strategy Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Digital Strategy team through administrative and logistical tasks – but the role will also be balanced with a strong opportunity for independent growth, mentorship and heavy involvement with brand strategy. There will be a strong emphasis on growing your skill sets and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape. The team will support your development interfacing with clients – including opportunities to present to and lead client calls.

Responsibilities
• Be a key part of the team by leading organization and logistics
• Support brand campaigns for clients
• Utilize proprietary and third-party tools to aggregate and analyze social and digital data
• Continually research and synthesize new trends in the digital marketing landscape
• Participate in client presentations and pitches
• Lead and manage client status documents and calls
• Source and work with talent for campaigns
• Work across departments to grow internal and partner relationships

Requirements
• A strong passion for the digital creator space – specifically across, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
• Experience managing social content platforms
• A strong knowledge of market trends and emerging platforms
• A base understanding of social metrics and analytics
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of the branded social content sphere
