OVERVIEW

As the Treasury Accountant, you will report into the Finance Director and play a crucial role in supporting the finance activities for our Music and Sports businesses in the UK. This role will also work very closely with CAA's Global Treasury team. The role has a wide range of responsibilities and will require someone who can work accurately and to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Maintain Accounts Receivable Ledgers in CAA Sports UK and chase for outstanding debts.
• Prepare monthly AR analysis report and discuss with Financial Controller & Finance Director.
• Prepare & reconcile the monthly bank accounts for both CAA UK & CAA Sports UK, clearing all unallocated entries and queries no later than the following month.
• Daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly cashflow forecasting.
• Manage Barclaycard portal - New Card Applications; Card Limit Amendments (once approved).
• Review daily bank sweeps when new banking relationship is set up.
• Check bank balances and request intra account transfers where required.
• Collation of weekly cash balance reporting.
• Management of cashbook.
• Preparation of monthly Intercompany reconciliations and reporting.
• Assisting with the reviewing and posting of Money-In for the UK Music Trust team, sending email to Agents & Assistants and following up on outstanding queries.
• Additional ad hoc tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Must have a high level of attention to detail and great organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as the role involves dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to be a team player with a conscientious and motivated attitude.
• Knowledge of Excel required.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 useful, but training will be given.
• An interest in sports and/or music would be useful but is not a requirement.
