Job Description
We are looking for a TA Coordinator to join our team! The position is currently remote, but we are looking for someone based in the Vancouver area, as we anticipate the position will be a hybrid of in-office and remote work in the future.
The right person for this role will bring a passion for building a growing network of talented people in both corporate and artistic roles. This role is a full-cycle recruitment role with opportunities for advancement.

Role & Responsibilities
• Full cycle recruitment:
• Create and maintain job postings, ensuring adherence to posting formats
• Prepare first draft of interview questions, and attend interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance, controlling timing, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• Manage resume screening – prepare email summary/tag Hiring Managers on our Applicant Tracking System (Workable) candidates profile, and follow up with Hiring Managers as needed
• Identify, screen, interview and recommend candidates for VFX and Animation artists, gaming (Unreal) artists, and production, including sourcing, managing interview scheduling, and on occasion reference checks
• Respond to incoming queries in a timely manner (e.g.: reschedule interviews, speed tests, candidate questions, provide status updates to candidates)
• Work with HR Manager to prepare requests for offer
• Constantly maintain a great relationship with talent around the globe
• Work closely with Managers to identify recruitment needs and ensure we attract top talent in the industry
• Work with our team to find creative solutions to shorten the time to staff and fill critical roles
• Work alongside the current Talent Acquisition Coordinator to develop and maintain an outstanding candidate experience
• Maintain a high level of awareness and take part in various social media campaigns and recruitment events such as (virtual) career fairs, industry conferences, school forums
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a recruiter either in-house or agency
• Experience in recruiting for technical and/or creative positions
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills coupled with maturity to establish good working relationships across the organization
• Work well under tight deadlines in a very fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e.: Workable) a plus
• Independent, self-motivated, positive go-getter demeanor
• Has a sense of pride in accomplishments with a good balance of humor and humility
