Associate Producer, Creator Program

Job Description

The Associate Producer, Creator Program (Temporary) will play a vital role in helping to nurture and support Bleacher Report's live streaming & short form video network. They will be at the forefront of identifying and acquiring talent and providing crucial support to the creator infrastructure, at large.
We're seeking detail-oriented, sports-loving individuals with a passion for the digital landscape. If you're driven and eager to learn, this position offers an exciting opportunity to evolve our video efforts as the B/R app ushers in a modern era of sports creator.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Talent Discovery: Utilize internet research and discovery methods to identify promising live stream hosts for our mobile app.
• Talent Acquisition: Engage in proactive outreach and two-way communication to secure new bookings for streams.
• Calendar Management: Assist in the monthly calendar planning process to confirm and maintain bookings.
• Creator Relations: Act as a bridge between creators and the organization, addressing questions, and providing comprehensive assistance.
• Technical Support: Serve as a frontline resource for video troubleshooting, assisting creators with setup, bugs, and resolving real-time platform issues to ensure smooth content delivery.
• Database Management: Ensure accurate data input and upkeep of the talent archive.

Qualifications & Experiences
• Passionate sports fan with knowledge of multiple leagues.
• 1-3 years of experience in the media industry.
• Understands the digital landscape with a passion for the content creator space.
• Proficiency in thorough research and identifying prospective talent.
• Can build and maintain rich connections with our creators to garner perspective and feedback.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Tech savvy with an understanding of Airtable cloud collaboration software
• Familiarity with the video production space.
• Experience onboarding and invoicing independent contractors.
• Hyper-organized individual with great attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Willing learner with an openness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Strong communicator, be it through written, verbal, or presentation mediums.
• Resourcefulness with an ability to find creative solutions to challenges.
• Ability to work unconventional hours, nights and weekends as needed.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $58,240.00 - $108,160.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
