Job Description
Bally Sports is looking for a Growth Product Manager. Bally Sports' mission is to build a transformative, participatory sports platform, anchored by the most exclusive and relevant live professional games, that provides fans a year-round opportunity to engage with content and communities they are most passionate about. You will have the opportunity to be a part of an innovative, fast-growing team focused on our core mobile apps, websites and connected television experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for defining strategy, prioritizing the backlog, and identifying technical and operational enhancements necessary to deliver a compelling user experience that drives the business objectives. Working, and leading within a larger Product team, you will collaborate closely with internal and external design, development, and quality assurance teams as well as internal business stakeholders to execute the delivery of our product roadmap.

What you'll do:
• You will lead efforts specifically focused on driving new customer acquisition, partnering with the growth marketing team
• Implement, continuously improve and optimize the company's experimentation framework, including tools and processes, to ensure that we are testing and learning efficiently
• Use product metrics to inform business decisions, uncover product opportunities, and evaluate success
• Define and execute the growth product roadmap to drive Bally Sports business goals, partnering cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and design
• Partner with data science and analytics teams to run quantitative experiments and analysis to test hypotheses and iteratively develop product capabilities
• Develop and track key metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives and report progress to senior management
• Identify and test new growth channels and tactics to expand the company's user base and increase revenue
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to growth marketing and product management.

What to bring:
• Strong understanding of data analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, and user research.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to prioritize effectively, create efficient processes and identify ways to improve our product development for speed and efficiency
• Expertise in rapid deployment and experimentation: metrics, analytics, A/B testing, user testing, and market research
• Passion for creating innovative and engaging consumer products, with the persistence to iterate

The base salary compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $175,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
