Job Description

Minimum 5+ years General Sales Manager experience in media and marketing that includes broadcast and digital advertising. Must know how to motivate in today's changing environment, inspire, coach and influence others, and bring new and integrated ideas to generate revenue. This person will have significant focus on consumer insights and trends and meet specific client challenges with our array of capabilities. Leading clients meetings, sales meetings, as well as develop b2b marketing strategies. 4-year degree preferred.

Qualifications:
• Responsible for day-to-day station sales operations and achieving revenue goal.
• Coach, lead and inspire the sales team to surpass business goals
• Recruit, train and manage Account Executives
• Drive New business development using all capabilities
• Develop integrated advertising campaigns designed around advertiser needs and objectives
• Establish overall tone and direction of department and set department priorities
• Attend client in-field calls with Accounts Executives.
• Control and manage department expenses.
• Provide weekly revenue/pacing reports to Director of Sales.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Sales
• A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
