Overview
Our Corporate team is seeking a Campaign Manager to join a growing department. The Campaign Manager will work with our dedicated Sports Betting team to bring campaigns to life. Our sports platform boasts some of the country's top sports-talk broadcast brands, premium digital and streaming audio, an ever-growing podcast network, and virtual/live events & experiences.

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $50,000-60,000.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Manage the entire post-sale process for select campaigns
• Reconcile and manage all Sports Betting and Bet QL orders
• Collect and distribute copy
• Schedule Continuity/Production for dedicated accounts
• Liaison between Sports Betting Activation team and the National Sales Coordinator
• Work closely with several teams including: Activation, Order Entry, Traffic/Continuity, Local and National teams
• Handle all elements of Invoice Discrepancies (research discrepancy/fill out credit memo if needed, report adjustments to corporate billing, communicate to management/rep)
• Manage all preempted spots and ensure execution of makegoods
• Assist with memo billing and providing client invoices for billing

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:
• BS/BA degree
• 2+ years previous project or account management experience in media, marketing, and/or sports fields a must
• A passion for sports with a strong understanding of the sports betting vernacular and the current sports betting landscape
• A well-rounded knowledge of strategic, multi-platform marketing execution
• Experience dealing with various levels of professionals in a corporate environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be highly proficient in presenting and building client-facing materials using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• A proven solutions-oriented self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Superb ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining diligent attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work weekends, as well as early and/or late hours as needed
