What We Are Looking For
This position will support the Alternative + Factual Department, as well as the Agency's top tier roster of clients. The position requires a communicative, organized and thoughtful individual who can take initiative while learning on the job.
Duties
• Interacting with clients and buyers with clear, correct communication
• Facilitating collection of client compensation and agency commissions
• Updating and managing departmental databases and financial records
• Preparing meeting documents
• Assisting with various departmental projects and research
Essential Skills And Qualifications
• Ability to multi-task and trouble-shoot is essential
• Must have a shrewd awareness of how to succeed in any situation, especially while working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and the ability to develop timelines and meet deadlines
• Must be resourceful, proactive, reliable, trustworthy and assertive
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have high comfort level with technology (i.e.; Word, Excel, Outlook, G Suite)
• Must be able to maintain a high level of discretion
• A strong interest in alternative programming and unscripted content
Education And Experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
• 2+ years of assistant/administrative experience supporting multiple executives
• Prior Agency/Management experience, as well as prior experience in unscripted/alternative, are a plus
• Experience using Oasis is a plus
