Do you want to define the next generation of how and what Amazon customers are watching? We are hiring a Worldwide Post Operations Department Coordinator (WW Post Ops Dept Coordinator) to support the Head of Worldwide Post Production Operations.

Prime Video, one of the leading digital video services on the Internet today, and IMDb TV, Amazon's free, ad-supported streaming video channel, are changing the way millions of people around the world enjoy content. Prime Video, now available in more than 240 countries and territories, offers customers the broadest selection of any on-demand video service, including original programming such as our critically-acclaimed series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, and The Boys; Local Originals programming such as the UK's The Grand Tour, Spain's El Cid, France's Love Island, and India's Family Man; and movies like Late Night and All In: The Fight for Democracy. IMDb TV, launched in 2019, enables customers to watch hit TV shows, top Hollywood movies, and more without purchasing a subscription. Our IMDb TV Originals program just kicked off with the launch of Alex Rider, and there is much more to come.

The WW Post Ops Dept Coordinator is responsible for a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management, frequent coordination with assistants inside and outside the company, and detailed global travel itineraries. An enthusiastic, team-oriented approach is essential. The position requires the ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization and concrete grasp of team objectives. Experience working with entertainment industry professionals is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized planner with the demonstrated ability to deliver results and respond efficiently while maintaining flexibility. A positive attitude despite the pressures of a fast-paced environment is essential. The position requires Bias for Action with limited guidance, effectively managing multiple priorities with strong judgment and savvy problem-solving skills.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and maintain day-to-day schedules, prioritizing activities with good judgment and business understanding and proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
• Manage domestic and international travel itineraries and expense reports
• Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items as needed
• Manage on-boarding process and space management for a growing team
• Manage all administrative support functions, including meeting preparation, such as distributing copies, video and conference call coordination, supply ordering, and team event coordination
• Plan and maintain an annual calendar of events and schedules
• Maintain organization charts

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with executive level calendar management
• Experience with domestic and/or international travel coordination
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in dedicated support of executive leadership
• Experience working with global distributed teams and international time zones
• Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Word management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of post-production experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work independently and effectively in an ambiguous environment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• High levels of integrity, discretion, and experience handling confidential information
• Positive, proactive, and able to always exercise great judgment, team-oriented philosophy
• Wants a career in studio operations
