As a Studio Operations Project Lead, you are responsable of daily administrative operations and events at our Montréal Studio, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience. Your positive energy, collaboration skills, and attention to detail drive process improvements and create impactful experiences for the studio community. Your expertise in management tools, event coordination, and onboarding enhance our work environment and contribute to the team's ongoing success.

Joining Amazon Games Montréal means taking part in the foundation of a new video game studio that operates at a focused, human scale; participating in the creation of a new intellectual property, a fresh take on the AAA multiplayer online battle arena game (yes, a MOBA); and collaborating with a team of well-rounded experts who have a great time working together. Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage administration and purchasing for all studio activities;
- Create project dashboards and manage budgets;
- Update internal documents and policies;
- Coordinate the arrival and onboarding of new employees;
- Organize and provide on site and real-time support for various types of internal events;
- Coordinate francisation initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in an operational or office management role;
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and clients;
- Expertise in improving workflow and streamlining business processes;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in French and English; due to the nature of the role that requires interaction with other Amazon entities globally and with Amazon employees and stakeholders in other provinces in Canada, bilingualism French and English is required for this position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications
- Clear and concise communication skills (written and oral) for a variety of audiences, in both French and English;
- Self-learning with ease to learn new applications and software;
- Knowledge of contract and supplier management necessary for the smooth running of an office;
- Great at building relationships and can set clear expectations with the team.
