Job Description
As the Senior Program Manager for Level Up U, you will play a pivotal role in creating opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds to enter the gaming industry! In this role you will work closely with the Dean of Level Up U to support the delivery of a large-scale, discipline-specific tracks within the Level Up U, our new upskilling/reskilling program which serves game studios within Activision, Blizzard and King. The Senior Program Manager for Level Up U will collaborate closely with the program's operations, curriculum and talent acquisition managers.

The Senior Program Manager will drive program execution, ensuring that the program progresses according to plan, enabling project decisions, problem solving, process mapping, partner management, change assessment, communications, and resolving risks and issues. This role will also include data analysis to inform learning and business decisions.
• Develop program schedules, and set landmarks and overall implementation plan; working collaboratively and successfully managing tasks and deliverables
• Build and maintain project planning and progress tracking tools, and ensure clear, timely and effective tracking of program operations, talent and curriculum projects.
• Define and implement critical program and process management across multiple Level Up U tracks each quarter.
• Partner closely with Level Up U operations, talent and curriculum teams understand and carry out the direction and strategic vision of the Dean of Level Up U
• Support program meetings, record actions and decisions, raise roadblocks, risks, and opportunities; identify, gather, and document requirements
• Consistently measure progress to plan and recommend solutions to improve the program
• Build cases and deliver data-driven insights to continuously improve Level Up U
• Inspire change management across Level Up U through strong management of clear change plans, including relevant information and materials delivered to leadership in a timely manner
• Serve as a thought partner to L&D leadership by staying up to date on internal and external L&D standard methodologies; recommending principles and solutions to improve our operating model
• Analyze data for reporting and informing learning and business decisions
• Create process flow diagrams, journey maps and other documentation.
• Find opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
• Manage overall Level Up U schedule and drive recurring program updates (E.g. Team meetings / stand-ups, Post-mortems, leadership updates, advisory group meetings, etc.)
• Provide regular, accurate reporting to Level Up U team, partners, business units and senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop program participants in preparation for careers in game development
• Help with other ad-hoc Learning and Development projects
• Adhere to project compliance standards (e.g. confidentiality, privacy).

Skills
• Strong skill using various project management and communication tools (Office, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Slack, etc.)
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; must be capable of communicating information to varied audiences; able to present complex issues in clear, simple language
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to visualize and present the narrative of data for senior leadership and partners.
• Interest in improving Learning and Development, Culture, and Diversity and Inclusion.

Bonus Skills
• Experience in game development and/or learning and development.
• Formal project management experience and/or accreditation.

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $105,120.00 - $194,400.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the US and is not applicable to locations outside of the US Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
