Your Mission
Mobile Growth is looking for an experienced creative production team member to manage the creative ideation, development, production, delivery, testing, and optimization process for all Growth Marketing & go-to-market media campaigns across the globe.
An ideal candidate should be extremely detail oriented, a proactive self-starter, as adept at concepting creative as they are with managing its production and an excellent problem solver under tight timelines. Candidates should be comfortable leading cross-functional collaborations as it relates to the overall creative marketing process. In addition, candidates should be comfortable leading creative brief development and providing data-driven creative direction based on Growth Marketing performance KPI.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Serve as lead and point of contact for all Growth Marketing creative projects, including UA creative scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and internal/external partner communications while ensuring the highest quality creative is being produced
• Drive Growth Marketing creative end-to-end: creative ideation, agency briefing, production, deployment, testing, analysis, measurement, iteration, and reporting for an executive audience
• Own the Growth Marketing creative testing framework which includes identifying an analytically sound process for hypothesis validation, hands-on testing to gather insights, and implementing known wins to further elevate creative performance KPIs
• Assist in creative agency identification and optimization in conjunction with Growth & Creative teams, ensuring creative deliverable needs are mapped against project-appropriate partners
• Lead agency onboarding & integration process: end-to-end contract work, establishing art pipelines (raw assets, character rigs, texture files, SFX, GFX, etc.), game build access, inbound/outbound file management, and all finance & invoicing processes
• Own feedback loop between Growth, Creative, and external agency teams ensuring execution is on-brief and incorporates creative performance learnings to drive maximum results.
• Oversee all post-production creative workflows – QA, localization, asset renaming, legal review, etc.
• Lead creative asset deployment & trafficking across Growth team, media platforms, and to external partners
• Build, maintain, and proactively share all creative development and production schedules across Growth team, internal partners, and external creative agencies
• Predict and plan resourcing and/or time constraint issues and solutions to ensure on-time deliveries
• Develop & manage a creative request intake process for Growth team; ensuring that cross-functional and inter-team needs are being heard, evaluated, tracked, and actioned
• Assess and set priorities across multiple projects and deliverables that may occur at the same time
• Conduct cross-functional meetings to discuss creative status, schedules, and deliverables
• Continue to establish and improve processes to optimize efficiencies amongst the Growth, Creative, and broader Marketing orgs as well as cross-functional partners both internal & external
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
• A minimum of 4+ years' experience in creative production, creative project management, account management, user acquisition/performance marketing, or similar field as part of a creative department or agency
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross functional teams, both internally and externally, across multiple regions
• Full understanding of creative development and production processes from A to Z
• Ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables within tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, team player with initiative
• Strong problem solving and risk mitigation skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in relevant field
Extra Points:
• Experience in digital performance media and/or user acquisition
• Experience with end-to-end marketing creative process, familiarity technical specs and outputs across a variety of digital marketing channels
• Experience working at an entertainment and/or gaming company; mobile gaming/apps a plus
• Experience at an international organization with multiple business units
• Graduate degree in relevant field

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $87,480.00 - $161,910.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all US locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
