Activision Blizzard Media ('ABM') is a rapidly growing business that has been created to connect advertisers with our 400MM+ global player base across Activision, Blizzard, and King. We're seeking a Director of Programmatic Marketplace Development to report into the Senior Director of Global Partnerships . This individual will oversee the identification, enablement and scaling of our global presence in curated programmatic supply offerings.

ABM is looking for someone who can be the face of Activision Blizzard with our programmatic partners in the mobile and gaming ad space. The right person is an organized ''people-person,'' who shows both strong communication and business development skills.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated with a proven track record working with 3rd party Demand/Supply platform vendors and interfacing with ad agency trading and operations teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Build deeply integrated partnerships across the programmatic ecosystem
• Generate revenue strategies to scale share of wallet in third party marketplaces, including top DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges and Networks
• Work side-by-side with ABM Agency Leads to evangelize, activate and drive adoption of ABM's ad solution across agency trade desks
• Become a subject matter expert on curated supply and collaborate cross functionally to position and align ABM products with outcomes-based marketing
• Manage business and technical escalations and continually communicate requirements to all stakeholders, internal and external
• Have your finger on pulse of the mobile ad tech landscape

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree, or equivalent practical or industry experience
• 5+ years' experience working within the ad tech, digital advertising & media buying business
• Advanced knowledge of media supply curation and programmatic marketplaces
• Ability to foster relationships and balance business stakeholders, internal and external
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to details, highly organized
• Logical thinker who can keep up with digital concepts and emerging ad formats
• Excited about the evolving programmatic industry

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $120,600.00 - $223,110.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the US and is not applicable to locations outside of the US Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
