Associate Producer - Operations

We are looking for an Associate Producer - Operations to help maintain scheduling and headcount tracking tools, as well as supporting the production team as a whole. The ideal candidate is a good communicator, has a knack for organizing and prioritizing and has an understanding of planning methodologies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify and implement workflow improvements for the studio's operations
• Maintain the headcount and resource management software databases
• Communicate with IT and the system vendor for any desired updates or issues with tracking software
• Complete studio reports for senior stakeholders
• Train individual users and teams across the studio on the usage of our internal systems
• Update relevant Jira dashboards and maintain their accuracy
• Coordinate with Department heads, leads, and HR to ensure operations needs are met

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Experience with managing projects and developing new processes or improving existing ones
• Good time-management skills with the ability to focus on priorities, deal with uncertainties and deliver against agreed deadlines
• Good collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Float
• Knowledge of production principles and methodologies
• Knowledge of game development pipelines
