We are actively seeking an Application Support Analyst - Workday, who will be responsible for post-production issue resolution and enhancements of Workday integrations and reports per agreed SLAs. This is a hands-on role. Join the Enterprise Applications HRIT Team, and work closely with Workday Integrations team, HRIS and business partners to identify the best solutions for the business..

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve production related issues in a timely manner per SLAs
• Be responsible for ticket management, determining root cause and implementing corrections
• Deliver high-quality, scalable and cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements while conforming to architectural designs and technology strategies
• Be a technology subject matter expert. Partner with technology stakeholders as well as clients to both address issues and recommend/implement enhancements
• Identify and mitigate risks to the service delivery and proactively address and resolve issues before they impact service levels. Implement continuous improvement on existing technical solutions
• Participate in the technical recovery of major system outages, interfacing with numerous stakeholders including external vendors or outsourced service delivery teams
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to help ensure that support can be efficiently performed, and the impact of future requests can be assessed
• Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendor systems.
• Monitor service performance and recommend areas of focus for continuous improvement initiatives, including application performance management
• Gather requirements for minor enhancements and oversee the resultant product from internal teams as well as vendors
• Participate in periodic problem analysis meetings and post implementation reviews to document learnings and ensure the continuous improvement of the IT services
• Be a champion for operational excellence by ensuring that all technology delivery and support functions are efficient, easy to execute, simple to consume and effectively measured
• Ensure application solutions meet business expectations through capacity, performance and availability management
• Maintain a high level of functional expertise by keeping up-to-date with the latest applicable functional changes/ knowledge
• Maintain awareness of standards, guidelines, industry trends, etc.
• Participate in Workday twice-yearly release review and testing by identifying impact/enhancement opportunities associated with a new release features/functionality
• Follow Activision's Development Standards and Processes.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) preferred. Workday Certification is a plus
• 3+ years working in a Workday production support environment supporting Workday integrations preferably between HR, Payroll, Benefits Partners, CRM and CMS using Workday tools
• Good knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security Administration and Business Process Configuration
• Working knowledge of Workday Studio Development.
• Working knowledge of Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
• Working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT, Java
• Working knowledge of BIRT strongly preferred
• Good understanding of integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks (e.g., middleware, transformation logic)
• Data conversion concepts and impacts on business processes (such as Workday iLoads or bulk data loading).
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on documentation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus, responsiveness and attention to detail with an ability to effectively navigate a complex organizational structure, achieving results through influence and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, especially with virtual geographically diverse teams
• Establish and manage effective working relationships in a matrix environment with other departments, groups and staff with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while demonstrating a sense of urgency
• Ability to produce accurate work under pressure with frequent deadlines
• Creative and resourceful approach to the business and an ability to think and deliver creative value-added solutions to business through self-initiative and ownership
• ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
