A24 is looking for a part-time intern to support the People Ops team for the Summer 2023 semester -- must be available up to 30 hours per week with a June 5th, 2023 start date. This is an onsite internship in our NY office.

Intern 1 // Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9a-6p

Intern 2 // Tuesday, Thursday - 9a-6p

Initial Responsibilities
• Shadow Office manager and receptionist in their day to day duties
• Assist with office admin and reception coverage
• Conference room upkeep
• Maintain kitchen, bathrooms, supply rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are well stocked and clean throughout the day
• Organize in-office events
• Run errands as needed
• A/V troubleshooting Inventory upkeep (kitchen/DVDs/screeners)
• Mail distribution
• Assist with general office email inbox
• Package merch shipments, as well as general FedEx label and stamp printing
• Keep all technology charged and available
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications
• Willingness to work in office 2-3 days per week
• Front desk experience a plus
• Interest in HR/People Ops/Office Management
Our internships are part-time roles with an hourly rate of $17.00. Actual pay will depend on various considerations, including: education, experience, skills, specializations, training, and business needs.
