Since opening its doors in 2008, Ubisoft Singapore has become the biggest AAA game development studio in Southeast Asia. Job Description

Key Pillars:
• Create credible, high quality and tech compliant assets for the object bank to support world building
• Support lead and world team in creating immersive and awe inspiring worlds that supports game design, logic, narrative and gameplay.
• Deliver specific tasks for a specific map, content or location and other world art tasks, including iterations and bug fixes.
• Work with his lead and peers to deliver the best possible quality within the technical constraints.
• Collaborate well with other teams. Maintain healthy and holistic relationships and encourage positive, productive and solid communication within peers and teams.

The role has a major emphasis on world building through level art and asset creation while working closely with level designers to define world intentions based on high level direction. It focuses on delivering day to day tasks and collaboration with other teams.

Building an Epic World.
• Deliver top-notch quality and tech compliant assets for the object bank to support world building.
• Deliver top-notch quality world experience by building awe inspiring maps and locations within given time frame and constraints.
• Communication with other teams in delivering maps and other world content, being proactive, positive and professional in the collaboration at all times.
• Understand, adapt & support high level directions and intentions set by directors.
• Demonstrate reliability and initiative in carrying out day-to-day tasks.
• Push visual quality through strong level art while maintaining a good balance in between Art and Technical requirements and ensuring the high level intention and direction is met.
• Learn and share knowledge and expertise within colleagues, and other departments.
• Technical compliance of art produced, including budget and optimization with minimal bugs as much as possible.
• Work with TAs and Leads to apply ''best practices'' and techniques.
