Technical Product Management Intern (MBA)

As a Technical Product Manager intern within the LoL Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team, you will collaborate with engineers, QA, designers, product managers and more to accelerate how games are produced, iterated on and operated at a global scale. You will be responsible for creating the requirements and priorities for new products and features, while working closely with engineering partners to deliver the roadmap.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with our customers and partners to understand technical requirements for new SRE products and features
• Work with game teams to understand top priorities and downstream impacts
• Lead collaboration on your products across our teams and customers and partners to guide feature priorities, product releases and customer engagement
• Ensure each new product has well-defined, essential metrics and the proper tracking mechanisms to measure key product and business metrics

Required Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a graduate program
• Available to work full-time hours for 10-12 week at our Los Angeles Headquarters (subject to change based on COVID-19 restrictions)
• Authorized to work in the US
• Desire to work in technical product management
• Technical systems design
• Solutions oriented and motivated

Desired Qualifications:
• Understand the technical effects of decisions and product change impact
• Experience writing technical product requirements
• Experience working on software development teams
• Understanding of agile framework
• Basic understanding of enterprise software architecture
