PRODUCT MANAGEMENT - FORTNITE CREATOR ECOSYSTEM
What We Do
As part of the Fortnite Creator Ecosystem team, Product Management collaborates with development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to define product strategy informed by data and market insights. The team aims to empower creators to operate as game publishers, with the tools, insights, and support needed to build, launch, grow, and monetize successful games. This work centers on two core areas: enabling a robust creator publishing ecosystem and supporting sustainable creator monetization.
TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGEMENT INTERN
What You'll Do
We are looking for a Technical Product Management Intern to join the Fortnite Discover team. You will work closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and other partner teams to define, build, and improve core features and functionality within the Discover product. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll gain hands-on experience driving feature development within an ecosystem that serves hundreds of thousands of experiences to tens of millions of people.
In this role, you will
• Build a core understanding of Fortnite Discover: goals and complexities of the product, the purpose it serves, and the systems that enable it to serve millions of users
• Leverage your understanding of Discover, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration to identify new features or functionality to make Discover better
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Discover algorithms, recommendation systems, and content-programming tools
• Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing player engagement metrics, ecosystem health metrics, and A/B testing results
• Collaborate with QA to ensure new features meet quality standards before, during, and after launch
What we're looking for
• A deep drive to decomp abstract problems and output tangible solutions
• High curiosity and a knack for digging deep into data to find valuable insights
• Clear communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or similar)
• Nice-to-have: Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Nice-to-have: Experience building operational applications and workflows
