Summer 2021: Talent Experience Intern
*Must be available for a paid, virtual Summer 2021 internship from May - August and currently located in the United States or Canada*

Role Overview: The Next-Gen Talent team is responsible for attracting and engaging EA's interns and university graduate full-time hires. As a Talent Experience Intern, you will assist our Next-Gen Talent team with transformative programs and the overall recruitment process.

Role Responsibilities:
• You will learn and assist with a full-cycle of our inclusive recruiting process
• You will support the recruiter process for hiring: managing hiring teams, sourcing of prospective candidates, resume review, intro calls with candidates, and providing feedback on the candidate experience
• You will lead building our campus events and engagement model for fall'/winter university recruitment season
• You will create a data-driven approach to presenting the intern'/university grad experience
• You will partner with our program managers to plan and execute intern events and improve team processes

Role Requirements:
• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program and are slated to graduate after December 2022
• You have experience with planning and executing campus activities, programs, or virtual events
• You have experience managing various projects against different timelines
• You know how to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data with relevant tools (Qualtrics, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey)
• You are familiar with conducting research to understand audience trends and industry insights
• You have familiarity of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• You are comfortable with learning new approaches, technologies, and practices
• You are enthusiastic about connecting and supporting different groups of people
• You are motivated about overcoming challenges and solving problems
• You have demonstrated passion in working with peers and teams to give and receive feedback as a partner in iteration
