Creative Associate Coordinator Intern (Summer 2021) Eastern US

As a Summer Intern on the Mobile Marketing, Brand Creative team, you will be assisting with projects including competitive landscaping, creative asset coordination, keyword/metadata updates, auditing our products, and assisting in creative validation.

Qualifications
• Interest in learning how to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires time management, task prioritization.
• Desire to develop their abilities to juggle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize projects with tight timelines.
• Has a natural ability to navigate blockers and desire to contribute to solutions to keep projects on track without compromising quality.
• A strong interest of the gaming industry is a plus, but not required.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Intake & Support
• Assist with asset management and coordination.
• Assist with documentation of meeting key takeaways and decisions, as needed.
• Assist with following up on outstanding project tasks between cross functional teams.

Delivery Management & Tracking
• Assist with daily tracking of assets and approvals.
• Assist with tracking feedback loops with external vendors/production partners in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Collaboration Opportunities:
• Observes and occasionally partakes in formal and informal collaborative efforts within their own team.
• Documents and shares knowledge and progress with teammates with respect to collaborative efforts.
