The Future of Work & Employee Experience team, within the Global Talent team, reinforces an engaging, welcoming, connected, cohesive, and true-to-life employee experience from initial exposure, to pre-hire, hire, orientation, and through the employee journey. We partner cross-functionally to ensure both the employee experience and business needs are central to the design of our programs.

The Employee Experience & Employer Brand Intern will be a part of the Future of Work & Employee Experience team and will report to our Senior Manager, Projects & Operations. You will also work closely with our Employer Brand team.

What You'll Do:
• Employee Experience Programs
• You'll support our employee recognition program through the development of a ''brand'' that inspires our employees to do their best work.
• Partner with the Employer Brand design team to translate global business and employee needs into highly creative visual artifacts and leverage feedback from multiple sources to refine your designs.
• You'll collaborate on internal marketing/communications plans and content for our employee recognition program that can be used in the future - creating your legacy at Electronic Arts.
• Review our existing programs using a Gen Z perspective so we are best placed to create an amazing experience for future employees.
• Employer Brand Programs/Projects
• As an intern, you'll be living the experience that we want to highlight and showcase to potential interns as they begin their internship search in the fall. Use your experiences and the interns you meet in our program to curate and create employer brand content that will attract and engage potential interns in the future, i.e. video testimonials, quotes/images, listicles, Hiring Manager spotlights, and more
• Leverage our internal intern Slack channels to uncover compelling intern stories like Returnship, ERG buddies/mentorships, and community-building. Use these stories to support content creation across our channels including LinkedIn, our Early Careers website, and our blog
• Collaborate will our Employer Brand Strategists on our social strategy to attract, engage, and inspire brand affinity
• Support production for our National Intern Day celebratory video
• Drive intern advocacy through our employer brand toolkits and best practices with your fellow interns across their own LinkedIn networks
• Assist with competitive employer brand research and brand perception research through intern focus groups and/or surveys

Qualifications & Skills
• You are currently enrolled in a Masters Degree granting program in a related field Strong communication skills that enable you to partner effectively across a variety of teams
• You understand the importance of employee/customer experience and the impact it can have on business outcomes
• Balance your design intent with input from your peers to find practical solutions that achieve the intended employee/customer experience
• You're familiar with social content strategies and best practices and have experience in copywriting and/or writing for social media
• You're comfortable managing your own projects, timelines, and work streams
• Familiar with the Google suite

You must be available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2024

We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2024, slated to graduate no earlier than December 2024. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the 12-week internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor's, Master's, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $28 - $46
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $26 - $38
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $28 - $46
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $30 - $42
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $28 - $46

The hourly pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k).
