Job Location- Hyderabad

You will report to Manager, People Operations

Responsibilities:

People Operations Coordinator - Intern will be responsible for
• Create Process Maps in Promapps for Employee Life Cycle event processes.
• Participate in the Global Talent Acquisition meetings, prepare documentation and relevant process maps in Promapps.
• Updating and rectifying the Service Now related data that will be used for data analysis.

Required Skills.
• Understanding of process map creation.
• Understanding of documentation of processes.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or MBA in HR, Business or Operations.
• Understanding of Promapps, Visier or any other process maps creating system.
Other Skills:
• Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-point.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to creatively solve problems.
• High attention to details and documentation.
