Job Description
Our Marcom Creative Team exists to tell the story of EA SPORTS and its many franchises. We're a multi-functional group that develops world class multi-channel campaigns, executes innovative global experiences across all touch points, and makes sure our brands are awesome everywhere we show up.

The Creative Intern will integrate into the EA SPORTS Creative team, reporting to the Group Creative Director, immersing themselves throughout the development of our brand and franchise marketing campaigns. You will also shadow franchise creative leads, learning things like content craft, creative process, and presentation skills. You will contribute to the EA SPORTS brand and global go-to-market campaigns for franchises such as Madden NFL, College Football, NHL, UFC and more.

We are only considering students who will be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in the summer of 2024 and are slated to graduate no earlier than Fall of 2024 or Spring of 2025.

Responsibilities:
• Work alongside internal Creative, Production and Brand teams to develop campaign concepts, treatments and creative responses
• Develop and craft marketing content alongside our internal Creative, Production, capture and editorial team members
• Collaborate with internal CFX teams to create stories and content supporting our campaign platforms and narratives
• Partner with our internal and external teams to uphold our visual look, feel and messaging across several brand and product level campaigns under the guidance of creative and senior leadership
• Currently enrolled in a college or university degree program
• Experience creating creative treatments, responses and concepts
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with build copy and art direction, including presentation development (Google slides)
• Experience with the creative craft
• Experience or interest in sports and gaming
• Writing and script development
• Art direction and moodboard development experience
• Ability share concepts and executions
• Ability to develop creative responses from strategic briefs, in service of brand or business objectives
• Understanding of the current landscape of consumer content and social channels

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor's, Master's, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):º $19 - $29 • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):º $19 - $29 • Jersey City, NJ :º $19 - $29 • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):º $18 - $24 • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):º $19 - $24 The hourly pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k). Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
